Service 01

Procurement

Farm to Collection Centre

Damex sources directly from our own farms and from a wide outgrower network of over 1,000 registered farmers across Uganda. We supply both Arabica green coffee (Mt. Elgon / Bugisu) and Robusta green coffee from western and central Uganda, as well as vanilla beans from Kasese and Bundibugyo.

Every farmer in our network receives on-farm training on proper harvesting — avoiding premature beans — and post-harvest handling. We provide nursery beds, curing blankets, and wooden drying boxes to support quality at the source.

Service 02

Processing

Raw Harvest → Export Grade

We operate our own in-house coffee processing facilities (washed and natural/dry methods) and a traditional vanilla curing shed. All processing is SCA and HACCP compliant, giving international buyers confidence in quality and traceability.

Coffee quality is verified through CQI-standard cupping and grading. We produce Arabica grades AA, AB, and C, and Robusta grades 18, 15, and 12 — all with soft body and high aroma, consistent with Uganda's growing global reputation.

Service 03

Trade & Export

Mombasa / Entebbe to the World

We handle every document, certificate, and container booking so you receive your coffee or vanilla without delays or surprises. Our export documentation is prepared in collaboration with UCDA and the Ministry of Agriculture, including Phytosanitary Certificates confirming that all products are free from regulated pests and comply with the importing country's plant health requirements.

Uganda coffee ranked 3rd best in the world behind Ethiopia and Kenya in a global survey of 16 coffee-growing countries. We are proud to represent Uganda's quality on the world stage.

Vanilla Processing

Premium Ugandan Vanilla Beans

We supply premium Ugandan vanilla beans for food manufacturers, flavor houses, exporters, hotels, and private-label buyers. Our vanilla is carefully cured, graded, and packed to preserve aroma, moisture balance, and rich vanillin content.

We continue expanding our vanilla operations to meet growing global demand and offer consistent bulk supply with reliable export standards.
